TO ALL OF OUR CLIENTS AND FUTURE CLIENTS.

We're elated to have you in our chair. We require all online bookings to have a credit card on file. No fear, we as a salon do not have access to your individual credit card number. At Elation Salon we understand life isn't perfect and things can happen unexpectedly.

Cancelation Policy:
We kindly ask you give us a 24 hour notice if you're unable to make your appointment. This gives us an opportunity to fill your spot. We value our stylists time and want their day at the salon fulfilled. If your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, it can result in a charge of 50% of your expected service total. This charge can be credited towards the next rescheduled appointment. Each situation will be resolved on an individual basis.

Habitual Cancellations:
May refer to a client who cancels multiple appointments within a 4 month period. In the result of this, your appointment will require a deposit of 50% of your expected service total.

NO call/ NO shows:
If a client fails to provide notice and doesn't show up for their scheduled appointment this will be considered a No call/ No show. We value your time and hope you can show the same for us. No call/ No show appointments are subject to a charge of 50% of the expected service total that is non refundable . To reschedule an appointment, you may be asked to pay a 50% deposit of expected service total. After 3 incidents of No call/ No show, we unfortunately are requiring rescheduled appointments to be paid with a non refundable deposit of 100% of expected service total.

CHILDREN IN SALON

We always welcome our future tiny human clients for their first haircut, back to school haircuts, special occasion hair styles, and/or etc. We always welcome our client’s tiny humans for their appointments as well. What we can not welcome is children running around salon, touching stylist tools and playing on salon equipment.

We unfortunately don’t provide childcare services and somethings may look fun to “play” with, are not safe for children. If needed, Please ask your stylist for some safe toys for your child, We got you covered!! We’re very family oriented but want to be mindful of others receiving services who maybe there to relax or escape their own children. 😉

DOGS IN SALON:

We love the furbabies visiting us. We may or may not have a dog on the premises but do not mind your furbaby joining you at your appointment. We kindly ask that your dog to be house trained and to have non aggressive behavior. Also we respectfully ask your dog stay near you throughout your appointment, as some clients may not be comfortable with furbabies in their space.
